The standard school day for our students is made up of four 70 minute periods per day.
The Department of Education (the department) is committed to ensuring Queensland children and families have access to a kindergarten program wherever they live.
Children in selected Queensland communities can attend a face-to-face State Delivered Kindergarten (SDK) program at their local state school. The department provides SDK in prescribed state schools where families would otherwise not have access to a kindergarten program.
SDK is proudly provided at our school 3 days per week. We offer an approved kindergarten program delivered by a qualified teacher to children who are at least four years old by 30 June in the year they attend.
