Council
Children enjoy the opportunity to be an
integral part of our school’s development and appreciate the opportunity to
have a say in its progress.
They are responsible for airing
their view-points, discussing the feasibility of any small projects they feel
worthwhile doing and then planning fundraising activities to finance the
activity if it meets the approval of school staff.
Being a member of the Student
Council is an honour as it means they are recognised by their peers as being a
responsible and reliable student who acts as their spokesperson. It also gives
members the opportunity to develop their leadership and organisational
skills.
